1. The service
Siftglow provides evidence-led social-listening tools that may organize permitted public Reddit and X conversations into reviewable opportunities, assist with drafts and analysis, and support attribution. Siftglow does not send, post, reply, or message on your behalf. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, how, and where to engage externally.
Features are available only when they are actually enabled in the service. A description of a planned, disabled, provider-pending, or unavailable feature is not a promise that it is available.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, protect your account credentials, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, third-party terms, and these Terms.
3. Trial, plans, and payment
Siftglow offers a 7-day Trial at $0. The Trial requires no card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription or automatically charge you.
The planned paid plans are Solo at $29 per month and Builder at $79 per month. Taxes and the final amount shown at checkout control. Paid checkout and paid features are available only after the relevant Waffo payment flow is ready and enabled; these Terms do not represent that this has happened.
When Waffo is enabled for a purchase, Waffo acts as the merchant of record. Waffo's buyer terms govern the payment flow and Waffo may handle payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks under those terms and applicable law. Siftglow does not accept Waffo's terms for you and does not represent that you have accepted them. Review the then-current Waffo buyer terms before purchase.
If the service provides a cancellation control, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you may retain access through that period. Do not assume that a plan-change, downgrade, portal, or other billing control is available unless the live interface actually offers it.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Siftglow to:
- violate law or another person's rights;
- send or facilitate automated spam, harassment, deceptive outreach, or unsolicited mass communications;
- bypass, evade, or violate Reddit, X, or other third-party rules, access controls, rate limits, or permissions;
- scrape, proxy, rotate accounts or applications, or otherwise obtain platform data through an unapproved access path;
- build advertising audiences, resell platform data, create identity graphs, match platform identities to off-platform identities, or attempt to re-identify a person;
- infer sensitive traits, monitor sensitive people, groups, or events, or make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or similar high-impact services;
- train, fine-tune, or evaluate a general-purpose or foundation model using Reddit or X content obtained through Siftglow;
- upload or use content without the rights needed to do so;
- probe, disrupt, misuse, or compromise the service, its accounts, or its security; or
- misrepresent AI output, source evidence, an attribution result, or a Siftglow action as a verified fact.
5. Your content and limited permission
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Siftglow the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content to provide, secure, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You represent that you have the rights needed for that use.
6. Third-party sources and links
Public-source content originates from third-party platforms and their respective authors. Siftglow does not own that content, does not claim rights in it, and does not grant you intellectual-property or other rights in it. Third-party content does not represent Siftglow's views and is provided “as is” from the available source. Its accuracy, completeness, lawfulness, continued availability, and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for any use of third-party content outside Siftglow, including republication, public display, external storage, marketing, or outreach. You must consider applicable law, the original author's rights, community rules, and the terms of the originating platform. An excerpt or permalink in Siftglow is evidence for private review, not permission to reuse the content elsewhere.
Siftglow may stop displaying or processing an item or source when required by an upstream deletion or access change, applicable law, a platform requirement, or a substantiated rights complaint. Platform coverage and individual items may change or become unavailable without notice because Siftglow does not control third-party services.
Reddit and X are trademarks of their respective owners. Siftglow is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit or X.
7. Untrusted source content and automation
Public-source content is created by unknown third parties and must be treated as untrusted data, not as instructions to Siftglow, a connected AI tool, or an automated system. It may contain misleading text or attempts to manipulate an AI system, including prompt injection. Siftglow does not represent that classification, filtering, or summarization removes every such risk.
When you use source content with an AI tool or agent, you are responsible for limiting that tool's permissions, keeping source text separate from trusted instructions, and reviewing any proposed action. Siftglow never treats source content as authority to change a Project, connect a service, disclose data, delete records, spend money, or post externally.
8. AI assistance
AI-generated summaries, inferences, drafts, recommendations, and reports are assistive only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not legal, financial, tax, compliance, business, or other professional advice. You must use independent human judgment before acting on them. Siftglow does not guarantee any outcome, response, conversion, attribution, revenue, or trial result.
9. Availability, suspension, and termination
Siftglow may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. We may restrict or suspend use to protect the service, users, or others, or where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
Following Trial expiry or a paid subscription ending, the service may provide read-only access for the applicable period. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy; read-only access does not extend the underlying content-retention windows.
10. Intellectual property
Siftglow and its service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Siftglow grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Siftglow disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that third-party content, AI output, or attribution will meet your needs.
Subject to applicable law, Siftglow is not responsible for your external communications, decisions, third-party platforms, or outcomes arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
These Terms are effective September 1, 2026. Siftglow may update them subject to applicable law. Changes will take effect when the updated Terms are published or as otherwise stated.
